Santa goes Mobile with CWR Mobile CRM

North Pole, December 2009 - Santa Claus has chosen Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and CWR Mobile CRM 4.2 to support his global operation in this year’s Christmas season. An ever growing number of children worldwide and some strong local competition (such as Sinterklaas from the Netherlands) were some of the reasons Santa went shopping for some innovation.

The CWR Mobility solution provides ongoing communication through an “always on” mobile connection between the sleighs out in the field and the global headquarter on the North Pole, where the Elfs are busy making and packing toys and other gifts for children around the world.
