For the past two years, 2011 and 2010, CWR Mobility has been the global Microsoft Partner of the Year for Mobility Business-to-Business Applications.

To meet rapidly growing customer demand, we are looking for first and second-line customer support staff.

As a member of the Customer Support team, you will have direct contact with our international customers, perform initial and second-level support and respond to telephone and online support requests. You will also interact with our international software development team.

Position Requirements

Experience
  • Minimum 1.5 years in a similar position in IT
  • 1+ year experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0/2011)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
  • Experience with smartphone/tablet platforms (BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, iPad)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server
