We have released version 4.0!!!

CWR Mobility BV has released its latest version of CWR Mobile CRM, making it fully compatible with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. CWR Mobile CRM is a rich mobile client for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and is available for PDAs and Smart Phones using Windows Mobile.

"We have implemented the major features of CRM 4.0 in our new release to enable full support of the powerful customization options. We have added the multi-lingual screens, multi-currency and the possibility to install the mobile application on a multi-tenant partner hosted environment."

CWR Mobile CRM 4.0 has improved relationship functions which now include: many-to-many relationships, self-referential relationships, system to system relationships and multiple relationships to the same entity. It includes view filters support with nested filters and linked entities now added.

Users of CWR Mobile CRM 4.0 will also see:

· Improved import of CRM forms and views which makes creating new entity forms and views easier

· Support for entity and attribute mapping when creating related records.

· An updated graphic user interface (GUI) to reflect the Dynamics CRM 4.0 upgrade.

“Another exciting new feature”, says van Hoof, “is the integration into Pocket Outlook. You can now access CRM directly from your Outlook Contacts, Appointments and Tasks," he explains.

Upgrading to the latest version is a relatively seamless process. “We have tried to make the upgrade process as easy as possible”, says Jeffry van de Vuurst, CTO of CWR Mobility BV. ”Existing users can upgrade their existing configurations with the same ease as upgrading their CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0”.

With the new release, CWR Mobility also addresses issues raised from partners and customers with regards to licensing. “We have created a new license and pricing model,” explains van Hoof. “More information will be made available on our website.”

CWR Mobile CRM 4.0 comes in three forms: standard, professional and (partner-)hosted. With the release of CRM Live (planned for the end of April), CWR Mobility will also be offering CWR Mobile CRM for Dynamics CRM Live.
