Improve shutdown time of your MBS CRM VPC

Everybody knows that the shutdown time of the Microsoft CRM VPC is long. Not to say, very loooong!

Some people know it's because of Exchange being installed on a DC. Until here is what I knew...

But on the CRM newsgroup Mike Morisoli provided a link to an article explaining how to write a shutdown script that makes sure Exchange stops before AD does. Normally, AD stops before Exchange does, which causes the long shutdown time.
